Where can I apply for it and who provides it?

Municipalities and town halls of city districts arrange nursing care as a part of social care. It is possible to apply for it at the appropriate municipal or city town halls. A GP's recommendation must be submitted as well as proof of retirement income. At non-governmental agencies it is possible to apply without a doctor’s recommendation or retirement confirmation.
